Fabrication
Our Fabrication division supports project delivery with in-house aluminium glazing, bespoke metalwork and envelope-specific components.
Manufacturing capability allows closer alignment between design intent and site installation. Non-standard geometries, interface flashings, soffits and architectural details are produced to suit project conditions rather than adapted on site.
Integration between design, workshop and site teams reduces misalignment at critical junctions and shortens decision cycles. Production processes are controlled through documented QA checks and material traceability.
This division does not replace established system suppliers. It strengthens coordination, improves dimensional control and provides flexibility where standard solutions are insufficient.
Aluminium Glazing

We design, manufacture and supply aluminium glazing systems as part of our integrated envelope packages.
Working with approved system suppliers, we deliver aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling and fire-rated internal and external screens. Fabrication is carried out in-house, supporting greater control over quality, coordination and programme.
Integrating design, fabrication and installation allows us to manage critical junctions and interfaces as a single system. This reduces coordination risk and ensures glazing elements align fully with the wider envelope strategy.
Bespoke Metalwork

We operate a dedicated bespoke and architectural metalwork design and installation division.
This capability allows us to design and manufacture project-specific components including stairs, handrails, walkways, access systems and small structural fabrications. We also undertake specialist modifications and bespoke builds where standard solutions are not suitable.
Working across stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, we combine in-house fabrication with established supply chain partners for finishing processes including galvanising, polishing, and powder coating.
Integrating metalwork within our service delivery improves coordination, reduces dependency on third parties and ensures critical interfaces are delivered correctly.
Sheet Metal
Core Service Departments
We provide in-house sheet metal fabrication to support roofing, cladding and façade systems.
Our capability includes the manufacture of flashings, cassettes, soffits and project-specific profiles, produced to suit exact site conditions. This supports shorter lead times, just-in-time delivery and improved accuracy, reducing the need for on-site adjustments.
Our workshop is equipped with a 6m folder, brake presses, guillotines and a turret punch, allowing us to produce both standard and bespoke components to a consistent, high quality.
